1. Corporate Entity & Scope of Agreement

2. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

The display of products on our Site constitutes an invitation to treat and does not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. When you place an order by completing the checkout process, you make a formal offer to purchase the specified goods subject to these Terms.

• Order Confirmation: Upon completing checkout, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order with an assigned order reference code. This acknowledgment does not signify contract acceptance.
• Contract Acceptance: A legally binding contract of sale is formed strictly when we process payment authorization, verify fraud prevention checks, and transmit an official “Order Dispatch Confirmation” containing your shipment tracking link.
• Order Cancellation by Customer: You may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of checkout submission or prior to warehouse picking by contacting support@canillo.site. Once a shipment has been handed over to our courier, the return procedure outlined in Section 5 must be followed.
• Right to Decline: Stone Fintech LTD reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in instances of typographical pricing errors, unverified billing details, suspected payment fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled by us, your payment will be refunded in full immediately.

3. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing

All prices displayed on our website are denominated primarily in Euros (€ EUR), which is our official standard transaction currency. Where selected, an indicative or localized charge in United States Dollars ($ USD) may be facilitated at checkout.

4. Product Descriptions, Craftsmanship & Natural Tolerances

Because our collections utilize authentic natural materials—including FSC-certified solid oak, American walnut, natural marble, honed travertine, hand-spun brushed brass, and bouclé wool blends—subtle variations in grain patterns, natural veining, mineral markings, and textile slubs are inherent characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and shall not be classified as manufacturing defects.

5. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In full accordance with European Union consumer protection standards and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), retail consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase and return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt.

• Condition of Goods: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, uninstalled, in their original factory state, and repacked securely in their original protective carton with all hardware, protective foam, and accessories intact.
• Zero Restocking Fees: We do not assess hidden restocking fees or administrative return penalties.
• Return Freight: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return courier shipping to our designated return facility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refund SLA: Once inspected at our receiving facility, authorized refunds are issued within 3–5 business days back to the original payment instrument.

6. Shipping, Transit Risk & Fulfillment

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment distribution hubs within 1–2 business days following payment clearance. Standard transit takes 3–5 business days, while Express courier service delivers within 1–2 business days via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS & DPD.

Transit Insurance: Every shipment dispatched by Stone Fintech LTD is fully transit-insured at no additional cost to the customer. In the rare event of transit damage or courier parcel loss, we guarantee immediate free replacement dispatch or a 100% full refund upon verification. 7. Two-Year Statutory Warranty & Quality Guarantee

All furniture, lighting, and home living goods sold by Stone Fintech LTD are backed by a comprehensive 2-year statutory consumer guarantee covering material defects and manufacturing craftsmanship faults from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, intentional misuse, negligent installation, chemical damage, or failure to follow manufacturer wood/fabric care instructions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, product photography, editorial copy, trademarks, typography, graphic logos, and code bases featured on canillo.site are the exclusive intellectual property of Stone Fintech LTD or its licensed design partners. Reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial scraping of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stone Fintech LTD, its directors, employees, and logistics partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability, delayed carrier transit times beyond our reasonable control, or improper self-assembly of furniture. Our total aggregate liability under any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the purchaser’s UK or European country of residence.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales or, for European consumers, the competent consumer courts of their habitual residence.
